Lets be basic: boiling your ravioli.

Before we get into all the fun and creative ways to cook and eat your ravioli, lets start with a simple boil recipe. This recipe takes 10 minutes from frozen until cooked. I put so much effort into my ravioli quality and flavors so even a super simple prep like this can feel gourmet.

3

Pour in frozen ravioli. Boil will subside and that is fine. Do not let it go back up past a simmer. This will keep the ravioli from bursting.

Down to the basics of a classic cook for your ravioli! The possibilities and add-ins are endless (see other recipes for that) but first and foremost, you need a recipe for perfect ravioli every time! If you've met me, you've probably heard me say it... the most important thing is to SALT YOUR WATER and SIMMER NOT BOIL.
